Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of home repairs and improvements, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall, and more.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service in an exceptional amount of time.
- Ensure all repairs and installations meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean, safe conditions.
- Be open to learning new skills and taking on new types of projects as part of your personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Previous handyman experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for candidates with a passion for repairs and home improvement and experience in construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently. This one is important. We’re a small team so common sense is more valuable than the ability to follow rigid instructions.
- A willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
