A handyman is a generalist who has a diverse set of skills at fixing many systems around the house. Not sure if your issue is HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or name your other trade? Try a handyman first! We’ll at least be able to refer you to the correct trade if in the unlikely event we am not able to fix it ourselves.

A. We don’t do additions, large finishing projects, large painting projects, new plumbing or electrical, roofing, mold remediation, or landscaping projects. We’re a small service company!

A. We charge enough to provide you with a 5 star.

Our minimum service call charge is $175. A half day punch list for labor typically works out to $600-$800, and a full day of labor is usually $1200-$1500 for a whole day of service. Hopefully these ranges help to provide an idea of what our clients typically pay for our services.

As you can imagine, as a handyman service it can be difficult to give you a flat price to every kind of service. We do so many different kinds of jobs that it is hard to predict what the scope of the next job might be. Check our pricelist for the closest job for reference.

A. Our minimum trip fee is $175, which is the minimum amount we charge to deliver a premier service experience. Most small one-off jobs are covered by the minimum trip fee. Check our pricelist to see if your job would be covered by the minimum trip fee.

A. Remote estimates are always FREE! For 95% of jobs We can give you a ballpark price, compared to similar projects we’ve done and based off pictures you send us. CLICK HERE to get started!

Wanting an in-person quote? In-person consultations start at $175 which is the same as our minimum trip fee charge. However, most work we do can be accurately quoted just based off pictures!

A. While every home improvement and repair causes some level of dirt and debris, we will appropriately prepare our work area to protect your belongings as well as clean up any mess we make. When we leave, you should never know we were there.

A. We provide you with detailed quotes in a timely manner. We show up on time. We give advanced notice if rescheduling is required, and deliver attentive service to your home. We charge enough to truly care about the results and not have to worry about hustling to the next job site to make ends meet.

A. We require a 30% scheduling deposit to ensure that you have a priority on our schedule and to pay for materials for your project. While we cannot guarantee that life won’t happen and things might need to be rescheduled, we want you to be sure that you’re a priority. Buy-in from you avoids flippant scheduling, keeps us on time, and since we allow payment with credit card, it’s no risk to you!

The scheduling deposit may be paid by credit card. It gives you the peace of mind that if I were not to show up to do the work that you can refute the payment. The scheduling deposit is, however, non refundable with cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to do the work.

We do. We are required to and even if we were not it is the job of a responsible business owner to be insured for the small chance that something inadvertently goes wrong that damages a clients property.
